Evan J. Langbein, Esq. is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. Mr. Langbein graduated with high honors from the University of Florida School of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973 and began his legal career clerking for the Third District Court of Appeal. Mr. Langbein then worked for the law firm of Dubbin, Schiff, Berkman & Dubbin, P.A. until 1983 when he established his own firm. He has handled appellate matters in all district courts of appeal in the State of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Langbein is equally skilled as a litigator and has tried insurance, domestic relations, commercial and employment cases in both federal and state courts. He also represents businesses and individuals in litigation and appeals relating to ad valorem taxation.
Mr. Langbein is available to serve as a neutral. He is an experienced arbitrator and a member of the American Arbitration Association's Labor, Employment and Commercial panel of arbitrators. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in the areas of Circuit/Civil Mediation and Family Mediation.

Leslie W. Langbein, Esq. is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor & Employment Law. She graduated from Nova University's law center in 1980 and began practicing in the City Attorney's Office of the City of Hollywood, FL where she concentrated in labor law. In 1986, Ms. Langbein joined the law firm of Valdes-Fauli, Cobb & Petrey as an associate attorney. She was assigned to serve as Florida International University's general counsel, where she remained until 1996 when she left to join her husband's law practice. Ms. Langbein litigates in federal and state courts and concentrates her practice in employment and civil rights law, administrative/governmental matters (including licensure issues), higher education, and business matters.
Like her husband, Ms. Langbein is well-regarded as an arbitrator and mediator. She is a member of American Arbitration Association's Labor, Employment, Commercial and Sports, and Entertainment Panels. Ms. Langbein also serves on the National Association of Securities Dealers panel as a public arbitrator and as a private judge.
