Evan J. Langbein, Esq. is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. Mr. Langbein graduated with high honors from the University of Florida School of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973 and began his legal career clerking for the Third District Court of Appeal. Mr. Langbein then worked for the law firm of Dubbin, Schiff, Berkman & Dubbin, P.A. until 1983 when he established his own firm. He has handled appellate matters in all district courts of appeal in the State of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Langbein is equally skilled as a litigator and has tried insurance, domestic relations, commercial and employment cases in both federal and state courts. He also represents businesses and individuals in litigation and appeals relating to ad valorem taxation.
Mr. Langbein is available to serve as a neutral. He is an experienced arbitrator and a member of the American Arbitration Association's Labor, Employment and Commercial panel of arbitrators. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in the areas of Circuit/Civil Mediation and Family Mediation.
